New Round Peak opened the new winery in August, 2005. Sweet Niagara was the first wine to be bottled in the new winery. Some 2005 reds and the 2006 wines are now aging in oak barrels in the winery.
Round Peak recently introduced two new estate bottled wines, Fiddler’s Red and the 2005 Chardonnay.
